Carlin has been with WNIN since February of 2002. Originally Director of Finance and Administration, she has been Vice President of Finance and Administration since October of 2005. She is responsible for overseeing station finances, including the annual operating budget and financial reporting both locally and to our national affiliates. In addition to finance her areas of responsibility include employee relations and human resource management, and Carlin is the Corporate EEO Officer.

Prior to joining WNIN, Carlin worked as Business Manager for O'Daniel Ranes, Inc. and a local CPA firm, and also has experience in sales and retail management. Carlin graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, and from the University of Southern Indiana with a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Accounting.

A New Orleans native, Carlin has lived in Evansville since 1988, but still misses Louisiana cooking and other traditions. She enjoys spending time with her 3 children, Chris, James, and Jennifer, and is an LSU Tiger fan. Carlin is active in her church and scouting with her children, as Treasurer of her son's Boy Scout Troop.
