In each episode, Napoleon Peacock takes you on a wonderful trip around some of his favorite local places, including the zoo's new Amazonia exhibit. Join Napoleon and his Adventure Club pals for a fun half hour of story-telling, activities and of course, Happy Dancing!! Napoleon's Adventures is a joint production of WNIN and the Early Childhood Development Coalition. Each program is based on a book written by local author, Margaret McMullan and illustrated by local artist, Andy Herbertz.
In Napoleon's First Adventure, he visits the Mesker Park Zoo and Botanical Garden's new Amazonia exhibit where he was born. In the story, he introduces you to his new rain forest friends and avoids a close call with one of its toothier inhabitants. In the WNIN children's program Napoleon's Adventures, join Napoleon for a reading of the book by author Margaret McMullin and other related fun. Napoleon and his Adventure Club pals do the Happy Dance, explore the new Amazonia exhibit and play Zoo, "Who Am I?" trivia.
